PostScanner considers the privacy of its customers extremely important.

For That:

1. PostScanner has a separate area with camera surveillance where the mail will be opened and scanned. In this room no other devices (eg mobile phones) are allowed except for the scanner which is directly linked to the website.
2. We work according to a set procedure that describes how the scan task should be performed.
3. The mail is sorted in a module in which only the top of the letter can be seen (the sender).
4. PostScanner has a Secure/SSL application with the same security technology that is in use by financial institutions.
5. PostScanner continuously monitors the servers which are protected by a firewall and an intrusion detection-system.
